Charge Interface with Practice
Management System
With this option, charges captured by
Aquifer.EMR will be transmitted via HL7 interface to a practice
management system provided by the client, which will then be responsible
for billing & reimbursement.
Eligibility Checking, Referral
Requests, Billing & Reimbursement
With this option, Solventus will
provide full end-to-end service to the practice. Through a partnership
with a billing specialist, charges captured by Aquifer.EMR will be
processed and submitted electronically to the appropriate payer.
Web-based claim tracking and review will be provided.
Appointment Scheduling Interface
with Practice Management System
With this option, you can continue to
use your existing practice management system for appointment scheduling.
This option assumes that the practice management system supports an
outgoing HL7 ADT interface, and does not include a charge that the
practice management vendor may apply for this.
Electronic Order Entry Result
Reporting Interface via WebMD Envoy
With this option, orders placed in
Aquifer.EMR are transmitted electronically via WebMD® Envoy
to a provider within a large national network, and result reports are
electronically transmitted back to Aquifer.EMR.
